Breezy Babies in the Wind is a mobile world-schooling experience redefining education for Arizona families. Real places. Real people. Real learning — for all ages, with parents by your side.
We take learning to where life actually happens — parks, museums, farms, markets, monuments, and eventually the world beyond Arizona.
We begin right here in Arizona with our van, our community, and real-world learning. As we grow, we take flight — nationally and internationally. Every family that joins us is part of that journey.
Our Story →Breezy Babies in the Wind Inc. was born from a simple but powerful belief — that children learn best when they are engaged with the real world. As a mother of five, our founder saw firsthand how much her children absorbed when learning happened outside of a classroom.
What started as a vision for her own children grew into something bigger — a mobile co-op that welcomes families across Arizona into a community of curious, adventurous learners. Parents are not just welcome here — they are essential.
Every program is designed to meet children where they are — curious, energetic, and ready to explore the world.
ESA families can use their ClassWallet funds directly. Private pay families are always welcome.

Arizona's Empowerment Scholarship Account program puts education funding directly in your hands. Breezy Babies in the Wind is an approved vendor — your ESA funds can pay for our programs through ClassWallet.
No income limits, no waitlist, no lottery. Every K–12 Arizona student is eligible for ESA funding regardless of family income or prior school enrollment.
ESA funds are managed through ClassWallet. Families can pay Breezy Babies directly from their ClassWallet account once we are listed as an approved vendor.
Funds are released quarterly by the Arizona Department of Education. Plan your Breezy Babies membership around the quarterly schedule for smooth payments.
Any unused ESA funds carry forward to the next year — even accumulating for future college expenses. Your education dollars never expire.
Arizona has rolling ESA applications with no deadline. Apply any time of year at azed.gov/esa. Processing takes up to 30 days.
Students with documented disabilities may receive significantly higher funding — up to $28,000–$43,000 annually depending on classification.
If you are both an ESA parent AND enrolling your child in Breezy Babies using ESA funds, it is essential to keep these completely separate. Your personal ESA ClassWallet account (as a parent) is entirely different from payments made to Breezy Babies as a vendor. We take compliance seriously and are here to help you navigate this correctly. Contact us with any questions →
